ALTAIR Software Suite

The Ulyssix ALTAIR Software Suite is designed to work with any of the Ulyssix family of products in a Windows based environment. The ALTAIR Software Suite is full-service software suite for PCM real-time and archival processing and remote interfacing to user platform. With self built widgets, no compiling is necessary when creating new displays. Giving full frame archiving capability, this software utilizing the Ulyssix hardware can archive the raw frame dump data to a designated hard drive. This archived data can then be played back using the Bald Eagle™ or Tarsus3™ archive simulator for further processing. Easy to follow setups, self diagnostic tools, and various adaptable displays are just a few attributes that set the ALTAIR Software apart from the rest.

 

Included in the software suite is the Ulyssix FlashBurn utility, a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) programming tool. This allows the user to update the on board firmware without sending the hardware back to the factory.

Ulyssix's 3rd generation GUI rich software suite which allows the user to setup quickly and begin processing data for all Ulyssix active telemetry cards. Vivid displays are fully customizable to allow the user to view decom data in a multitude of forms. Setup screens for the individual hardware components (bit sync, frame sync, decom, etc.) and easy to use and versatile.

 

Ulyssix supplies the ALTAIR software suite for no charge with all purchases of Ulyssix hardware. Ulyssix offers comprehensive extended warranties for all software and firmware upgrades to allow users to utilize all current capabilities in its products. Driver Rev H Release July 16, 2019:

The Rev F driver version or later is required for the Tarsus3-PCIe card.

* The New Ulyssix driver must be installed prior to download ALTAIR version 16.x or greater.

Starting with ALTAIR Version 22.23 (Nov 1, 2022) ALTAIR requires .NET Framework 4.8, which comes as part of most Windows 10 installations. If your computer does not have .NET Framework 4.8, the ALTAIR software will prompt you to install it.
