ALTAIR Data Quality Metric

• ALTAIR’s Data Quality Metric evaluates one or more Tarsus Archive Data (TAD) files. ALTAIR stores frame synchronized telemetry data in TAD files. The Data Quality Metric is a post mission analysis tool that generates reports of the Bit Lock, Frame Lock, and SubFrame Lock versus time.

• The reports include:

  • A CSV data file with columns for Time, Bit Lock, Frame Lock, and Subframe Lock for each telemetry stream.

  • A CSV summary file that includes statistical analysis of the Bit Lock, Frame Lock, and Subframe Lock in seconds recorded, percent of seconds recorded, minor frames recorded, and percent of minor frames record.

  • Plots of the Bit Lock, Frame Lock, and Subframe Lock versus time as PNG files.
